•Handling EPABX System
•Responding to incoming and outgoing calls
•Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing couriers
•Maintaining stationary and attendance registers
•Taking care of all the correspondence
•Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department
•Taking care of general administrative work
