Walk-In Interview for Recruiters/ MBA Freshers 21st Nov – 23rd Nov

Job Description :
Sourcing of profiles by visiting job portals, candidate referrals, job posting, headhunting and company database.
- Screening the CVs, conducting HR validation.
- Scheduling Telephonic interviews according to the candidate & client’s requirement.
- Making reconfirmation calls, clarifying doubts of candidates.
- Maintaining tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities.
- Following up with the candidates until selection and joining.
- Handling clients through personnel meeting to understand their requirements.
- Doing co-ordination with the client regarding feedback and requirements.
- Fixing appointment with the client for the interview schedule.
- Doing proper follow-up with the client regarding new requirements, feedback.
- Correspondence through E-mail.

Desired Profile :
Good Communication Skills.
MBA full time.
