We are looking for Associate – Talent Acquisition for our team -Bangalore.
Employment will be on a Contract to Hire basis.

Sourcing of quality profiles for various IT Skills
Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles

-Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, Job search portals, internal database and web postings.
-Should be able to build strong referral networks.
-Associating with the vendors for the relevant profiles for the requirements.
-Profile Database Management.
-Setting up interviews with the interview panel
-Following up with candidates till they are on-board.

Desired Profile :
-Candidate should be an MBA.
-60% is mandatory throughout academics
-Should be willing to work on weekends.
-This position will be on a contract to hire basis.
