Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities in current job:
. Quantity assuring from the Tender drawings and BOQ’s
. Checking the shop drawings for the plumbing (Drainage & Water supply) and Fire fighting system
. Executing the plumbing (Drainage & Water supply) installation works
. Executing the Fire fighting piping and pump installation works as per the requirements of Civil defense and NFPA standards
. Forecasting the installation activities as per the base line program of civil
. Scheduling the daily activities as per Civil Works
. Checking drawings and make sure the work at site will be as per the approved drawing
. Delegating the responsibilities to concerned Supervisor
. Checking the Designed drawings and Coordination drawings and make the necessary corrections on it
. Ordering materials as per requirements and Continuous Material follow up with all suppliers
. Liaising with Main contractor/consultants and attending progress meeting
. Making inspection requests and to the consultants after completion of work (Eg: Gravity testing after the completion of drainage network, Hydrostatic testing for water supply and fire fighting systems after the completion of network),similarly for the installation of pumps and mechanical equipments.
. Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
. Reporting the Site Status to the Project Manager
