Job Description :
a. To Read the technical specifications on daily basis and check with engineer for clarification.
b. At the area of work, Extracting maximum labour output and progress, with utmost priority to quality and aim for zero wastage of material.
c. Responsible for commencement of work on time in forenoon and afternoon session.
d. Ensure that work is being carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
e. Ensure correct technique of construction in safe working environment.
f. Keeping work areas clean during and after work.
g. Directing the work men on quality, Cost and time aspects.
h. Ensuring whether desired output is obtained, if not assess the problem and rectify the same with site engineers input.
i. Clarification on quality and time requirements from engineer.
j. Check labour bills and subcontract bills.
k. Quality to be ensured to 100% for daily work.
l. Daily reports to engineer, properly documented on quantum of work done, material and manpower consumption.
m. Request for material, Machinery and labour in advance.

Desired Profile :
-Candidate should be a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% for freshers and more 50% for 2 years experience
-Candidate should have experience in execution works for residential and commercial buildings.
