-Adhere to the organization’s software development standards.
-Maintain current products (bug fixes).

-Devise detailed design from high-level/functional design provided to him/her.
-Perform code review.
-Lead a task, development and testing.
-Coach/mentor others in their work.
-Work under loose supervision.
