You will be given the chance to have a significant impact on our systems, our business and most importantly, our customers. As a member of the Prime team, you will work closely with the business team to design and implement new features. You would need to target our customers’ needs with elegant, reliable, high-scale work and be prepared to adjust course on the fly. Our work involves customer-facing UI, design and implementation of production-scale back-end systems; and you would be working on technologies like Java, Perl/Mason, HTML, Java Script, Linux.

Desired Profile :

You have experience designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mind. If you don’t have all of these, that’s ok, but be excited about learning the few you don’t know.

You have practical expert-level experience writing highly interactive applications for the web.

You are familiar with building complex web applications using Javascript / AJAX, XHTML, CSS.

You have experience with or knowledge of jQuery, Java, Struts, and other website technologies.

You are frequently regarded as having guru-level knowledge on one or more of the above areas. Elements of your background we like to see:

- 1+ years in software development.

- Proven track record in delivering features in agile environment.

- Strong user empathy and customer focus.

- Strong drive for results and launching best of breed features.
