Job Description :
Understanding Business Requirements.
Design, Develop, Maintain and optimize secure and scalable flash component/applications.
Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
Must be able to gather requirements and design

Desired Profile :
-Develop and build applications in Flash CS3 and Actionscript 2.0 and 3.0.
-Understand and gather requirements. Create technical designs and document all system changes.
-Participate in Design and Code Reviews.
