1. Experience of any MVC based PHP framework such as cakePHP , Zend Framework
2. Exceptional Programming Skills with Strong OO Programming, MVC based PHP framework
3. Rich UI based web application using Javascript frameworks & Ajax
4. Develop PHP / MySQL and CakePHP 1.2 or Zend 1.10 framework based Web Application.
5. CakePHP / Zend framework familiarity or expertise will get priority.
6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills for Client communication
