We have an urgent opening for NOC Associates with our client Amicus ITS Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities: Alert handling for Windows Server 2003/2008 Servers, HP and IBM Storage Systems Monitoring, Symantec and Microsoft DPM Backup Handling

Job Description: This is an entry-level full time 24×7 Server Support position.

Requirements:
* Good Communication (Written/Oral) and Presentation Skills.
* Analytical approach to Problem Solving, Incident and Alert Handling.
* Basic knowledge of the Windows 2003/2008 Server Operating system.
* Knowledge of Storage Systems and Backups will be an added advantage.
* Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Good judgment, especially when to escalate issues for resolution.
