Walk In Interview Jr. Officer – HR On 10.12.2011 (10 am to 12 Noon)

Job Description :
-To ensure Joining Formalities
-To co-ordinate salary fixation, issuing ID cards…etc
-To maintain Attendance and Muster Roll
-To update Leave Register
-To assist the HR team in Pay Roll Execution
-To prepare ESI, PF, Gratuity Papers
-To address pay and compensation grievances
-To calculate Full and Final settlements.
-To prepare MIS reports
-To co-ordinate other HR activities…..etc

Desired Profile:
-Should have min. 2-3 years working Experience in HR department preferrably in -Garment company
-Need Graduate Candidate
-Age between 20-25 years
-Should be very good at Excel
-Should Know English and Hindi
