Job Description :
-Sourcing Resumes from job portals, references, head hunting.
-Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet the criteria.
-Scheduling the candidates for the interview.
-Doing follow-up with the candidates and clients
-Maintaining the database of the candidates with their relevant documents.
-Involved in problem solving and extra curriculum activities of the employees
-In-house recruitment

Experience: 6 Months to 4 Years into Recruitment

Key Requirement:
-The candidate should be an MBA/MCA/B.E/B.Tech with good computer knowledge.
-Should have excellent command over verbal and written English language.
-Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
-Should possess good analytical and presentation skills.
-Should be confident and flexible.
-Should have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
-Relevant experience would be an added advantage
