-Sourcing relevant profiles through Job portals
-Interacting with potential candidate and understanding their profile over the phone
-Evaluating the candidates according to the process requirements & schedule them for an interview
-Generating References from data base
-Follow ups (Pre/Post Joining)
-Achieving the Target given.

Desired Profile :
FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY
1.Excellent communication skills
2.Should have good interpersonal skills
3.Should be target oriented
4.Candidates with min 6 months exp in recruitment / tele-recruitment will be an added advantage.
5.Candidates with min. 6-12months experience into a voice process with a zeal to learn recruitments can be considered.
6.Undergraduates  with work experience of min. 6-12months in a voice process or bpo recruitments can apply
