Job Description :
1. Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients
2. Place calls with payers with regard to outstanding claims
3. Document the details of the calls made to payers in VIMS and the client software
4. Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes
5. To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances

Desired Profile :
-Graduates/Diploma Holders with or without expereince can apply
-Diploma Holders ( 10+3 or 12+2 ) can only apply
-BE/Btech graduates with less than 65% aggregate can apply only for Voice Process
-Bio Tech & Bio Medical Engineering Graduates do not have percentage limitations.
-Candidate Should be good in spoken communication
-Candidate should be flexible to work in continuous night shifts
