Job Description :
• To handle In-bound calls at the National Call Centre based in Chennai as per Service Standards set
• To provide customer support for all classes of commercial / personal Insurance business of the company.
• Servicing customer and attending to their needs and problems, providing solutions and suggestions.
• To handle complaints as per defined process and SLAs
• Any other day-to-day tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Desired Profile :
• Experienced professional with 2+ years experience at a Call Centre for both Voice and Non-Voice process (Fresher are also welcome)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (multi-lingual will be an added advantage)
• Analytical & interpersonal skills
• Positive & winning attitude
• Good listener, empathetic to customer needs
• Team player
