Job title : Fresh Management Trainee-HR 

Job Description :
• Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
• Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
• Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates www.presentjobs.com
• Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
• Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills
• Should be able to work independently

Desired Profile/Qualification:
MBA/MSW freshers or any non technical graduates with excellent communication skills

Exp:    Any fresh graduate (Experienced candidates can mail their profile)

Compensation:      Rupees 90000 – 1,20,000
