OPPORTUNITY FOR 10+2 PASS WITH MATHS AND PHYSICS AND MATRICULATES TO JOIN AS ENROLLED PERSONNEL (02/2012 BATCH)
Applications are invited from male Indian nationals possessing educational qualifications and age, as prescribed below, for recruitment to the post of Navik (General Duty) and Navik (Domestic Branch) in the Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union.
1. Navik (General Duty)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs.2000 Grade Pay
Qualification: 10+2 with Maths and Physics from an education board recognised by central/ state government.
Age: Born between 01 August 1990 and 31 July 1994.
2. Navik (Domestic Branch)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs.1900 Grade Pay
Qualification: Matriculate / 10th/ High School
Age: Born between 01 October 1990 and 30 September 1994.
Selection Procedure :
Selection of candidates is based on the order of merit depending on performance in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Fitness in the Medical Examinations.
