Technology Services is an exciting and dynamic organization that provides quality and project services as well as operational support for West Technology within Thomson Reuters Professional. The Technology Services Software Quality department is responsible for maximizing application quality and stability through the implementation of change control processes, tools, and environments and the execution of software and product testing services.
Graduate with Computer science knowledge, any programming skills preferred.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION:
- A four-year degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 0 -1 years of software testing and/or software development experience using Java, C++, .NET, or some other object-oriented language.
- Experience with the software tools and techniques used in automated testing (e.g., Compuware TestPartner, SilkPerformer), white box testing, or other process automation.
- Strong technical aptitude, organization, analysis, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, global, and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively as part of a team on a large project.
- Ability to pay attention to details and to follow through on commitments.
- Interest in keeping abreast of current trends in software development and testing, especially as they relate to the technologies being used.
- Working knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
- Effective written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
