- Responsible for day to day productivity /accuracy for respective process within Line of Business

- Reports to Unit Manager

- Team Player and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Flexible with shift timings

- Good typing skills ; Proficiency of 25-30 words per minute

- Good analyzing skills – Able to understand the comprehension and respond accordingly.
