Project Coordinator (PC)

Job Description :

The PC supports the PM in various administration tasks and make sure that they prioritize salient “open” points on each project and addressed on a daily basis with factory or with the customer. – - Data entry in maintaining project tracker and status

Keep Project tracker up to date with respect to Tracking customer queries and open points – Documentation submittal management interface between doc team, factory and customer

The Project Coordinator focus is :

to ensure the tracking of project documentation, after submittal of documents to Customer, chase for of customer comments, transmission to dep’t. Issuing the Documents and to Project Manager, follow up of submission dates. – Generate and update project status reports
