JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE:

Technical Support Executive

JOB LOCATION: Mohali, Punjab

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support:

Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers in India.

Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.

Desired Profile :
- Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.( relocation assistance provided )

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)

- Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience .

- Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply.
