Experience in Websites designing.
knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills with JQuery
Able to work in tableless design and table based designs
STRONG KNOWLEDGE ON FLASH / PHOTOSHOP / DREAM VIEWER.
Able to convert Photoshop layouts in HTML.

Desired Profile :
Ability to design good website layouts
JavaScript skills with knowledge of JQuery
Good understanding of Websites and Web applications
Should have good communication skills
Ability to think out of box.
Knowledge of flash is must
