PSD to HTML/XHTML converstation (div & table based both)
Designing flash & ajax based banners, advertisements.
Validating HTNL/CSS for W3C
Communicating with clients

Desired Profile :
Must have expertise in designing web & graphics layouts
Knowledge of WEB 2.0 & HTML 5 Standards
Expertise in use of tools like PhotoShop, Dreamviewer, Adoble Flash etc.
Knoweldge of open source CMS like WordPress, Joomla can be benifitial
