This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small upcoming IT company as an Experienced Web Designer.

The company New India Solutions is looking for a talented Web Designer to join their busy in-house team to work on a wide range of website design projects.

In this role as Web Designer you will be responsible for maintaining and developing both the company’s own website as well as clients’ websites; including working on logo design, interface design, ecommerce websites, online stores & full website design. Other tasks will include design and development of marketing emails.

Within the role of Web Designer you will also be working alongside SEO members of the team on the visual development & CMS of new websites.

Required Skills for Web Designer:
*  You will be having proven all-round experience in design including being proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and be able to develop static & dynamic websites.
*  Proven experience in customizing CMS for ecommerce websites such as Joomla, Drupal, Magento, etc.
*  Proven logo design for various businesses.

In order to be considered for the role of Web Designer:
*  You will ideally be from a print design & computer expert background.
*  Be comfortable working on a wide range of tasks.
*  Experience in building well-crafted and functional websites with a strong online portfolio.
*  Have a degree in the field of web/graphic design.
*  The ability to be able to resolve problems using your initiative and your good knowledge of website usability and accessibility requirements.
*  Good working knowledge of (X)HTML, PHP, XML & CSS.
*  A natural flair for design and creativity, an eye for photography and good understanding of typography.
*  Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage, etc.
*  Experience of Flash & other graphics enhancing skills.
*  Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work to timescale and the ability to manage and prioritize own workload.

The job will start with creating/customizing the ecommerce website and if this is completed (or output looks impressive) within the first week of the job, then only the Job Offer Letter will be provided, or else the job will be terminated.

The job is in Najafgarh, New Delhi & candidate will have to shift to New Delhi.
