RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSTS OF JUNIOR LINEMEN

Applications are invited from the eligible male candidates in the prescribed
proforma given below for filling up of the vacancies of JLM on regular basis in APCPDCL O&M Service.

Junior Linemen : 1169 Posts

Scale of Pay: 8760-170-9270-250-10520-325-12145-400-14145.

Age limit: Age not below 18 years and above 35 years as on 01.07.2011. Relaxation in upper age limit is permissible upto 5 years for SC/ST/BC candidates presentjobs.com

Educational Qualification :
SSLC/SSC/10th Class with I.T.I. qualification in Electrician /Wireman Trade or ntermediate vocational course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wring & Contracting (EWC) on par with Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Institution/Board.

Selection Procedure :
The candidates who are eligible as per the terms of the Notification shall have to appear for the following tests:
i) Meter Reading.
ii) Cycling.
iii) Pole Climbing.
