• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong people relationship skills, ability to team with technical recruiters and other support people, and proven commitment to quality, ethics and professionalism.
• Industry mapping for Business development
• Identifying new clients, Lead Generation/Cold calling.
• Setting up appointments with the HR Managers / Head
• Meeting the Clients, Company Presentation, Getting Business. Client Acquisition
• Negotiating the terms of Business.
