Job Description :

Designation – Management Trainee

1) International Lead Generation, identifying and evaluating companies on the Web

2) Market/Industry Research, preparing reports

3) Preparing campaigns vertical wise / region wise and coordinating with sales team.

4) Identify decision makers in such companies for each service

5) Reaching out to CXOs for opening-up sales pitch in the identified organizations

Requirement : 
We are in the process of beefing up our Business Development team and looking for smart and energetic MBA’s

Eligibility Criteria :
• MBA (2010 or 2011 batch) from reputed Institutes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Compensation:  1.80 Lakhs/ Annum

Break-up Of Salary:

Fixed pay: Rs. 10,000/- per month

Variable pay: Rs. 5,000/- per month – performance driven.
