National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai, a technical arm of the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Govt. of India, is functioning with the broad objective of promoting technology development in activities related to Ocean Engineering and Ocean Resource utilization.

NIOT invites applications for the following on  contract basis :

1. Project Scientist – III : 01 post
Salary Range : Rs. 47300 – 5260
Age Limit : Below 50 years

2. Project Scientist – II : 31 posts
Salary Range : Rs. 45500 – 50500
Age Limit : Below 40 years

3. Project Scientist – I : 83 posts
Salary Range : Rs. 43300 – 48100
Age Limit : Below 35 years
