Applications are invited from the Indian Nationals for the post of Topo Trainee Type ‘A’ in Survey of India
Name of the post : Topo Trainees Type ‘A’ (T.T.T.’A')
No. of posts : 16 (Sixteen) as per the following distribution
Scale of pay : F 5200-20200 + 1900 Grade Pay together with DA and other allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees during the period of training which is normally about 2 years. On successful completion of training they will be fixed in the scale of F 9300-34800 + 4200 Grade Pay plus DA and other allowances.
Educational Qualification : Candidates must have passed B.Sc. with Mathematics from a recognized University. The candidates must have good stereoscopic vision. The candidates possessing less than 45% for General Category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC in B.Sc. examination need not apply.
Age : The candidates must be between 18 to 27 years of age (18 to 32 years of age in case of SC/ST Candidates and 18 to 30 years of age in the case of OBC) as on the last date of receipt of applications
Methods of Selection : Selection will be based on written tests in Mathematics, English, General Knowledge with Science to be held on 15th April, 2012 at the above Centers under overall supervision of requisitioning authority.
