- Solid background working with PC Hardware and Software with an emphasis on Microsoft environments

- Excellent Software Deployment and End User Support

- Excellent reasoning and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to maintain to handle emergency issue situations

- Good knowledge of ITIL Process Frameworks

- Basic Networking skill
