-Good communication (Mail, Written & Oral)

-Good Knowledge on Desktop/Laptop/Printer

-Good Knowledge on Windows OS

-L1 Knowledge on Servers/Network

-Vendor Management

-Co-ordination of Project (Network/Server) with multiple vendors

-Call Handling tool Experience (will be added advantage)

-Certification (MCP or CCNA) (will be added advantage)

Experience : 2 – 3 yrs
