Qualification:
IT Graduates of 2010 of before
OR
Post Graduates of 2010 or before

Skills Required:
-    Very good programming skills in Java / C / C++/ .NET
-    Atleast 1.5years of experience inIT, preferably as a developer
-    Good aptitude, analytical and problem solving skills are necessary
-    Very good communication skills
-    Experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of object oriented (OO)concept based applications
-    Willingness to relocate to Pune
-    Willing to learn new skills

Job Description:

Selected candidates will be trained on niche technologies in IT Service Management Space (BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC BSM / BMC ESM, etc.) for 3 months and then work as consultants in the same space.

(BMC Remedy ITSM is suite of applications including BMC Remedy Service Desk. BMC Remedy is widely used in Fortune 500 organizations.BMC Software is a market leader in the ITSM space. Many of the BMC applications are built over BMC Remedy ARS development framework.)

BMC Remedy / BSM consultants and developers generally have faster career growth trajectory as compared to plain Java / C / .NET programmers
