We at Tech Mahindra, Chandigarh are conducting a RECRUITMENT DRIVE for Quality Analyst Openings from THURS DAY, 16th February, 2012 (onwards).
Quality Assurance – Quality Assurance Auditor
Job Description :
The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for analyzing, correcting and providing feedback on closed customer trouble tickets to ensure accurate reporting of customer trouble resolution and the process/steps taken during the life of the ticket. QA audits are performed on trouble tickets from:
o BMP (Business Maintenance Platform) for Global Voice and Data Connectivity / Transport trouble tickets
o WFA (Work and Force Administration System) for National (22-state AT&T Footprint) trouble tickets
o AOTS (AT&T One Ticketing System) for AVPN and MIS trouble tickets
This work includes:
• Review of customer trouble tickets after resolution and closure of the ticket by the operational team. Review can include:
o Proper closure/clearance, analysis and trouble coding of the ticket
o Appropriate documentation of the time the ticket was worked
o Appropriate documentation of the time a ticket was unable to be worked to due customer or uncontrollable situations
o Appropriate troubleshooting
o Log notes
o Billing/Rebate information
o Etc.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of AOTS, WFA and BMP ticketing systems
• Knowledge of AT&T Service Assurance processes and tools
• Good oral and written communications skills (English)
• Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Ability to analyze situations and make decisions based upon guidelines
• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (Except BE/ BTech or ME/ Mtech)
