Walk-in for Non Voice Process from 15th to 17th Feb 2012 @ Bangalore

Job Description :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Load hotel contracts on client’s systems in a back office environment.
• Interpret the contract information and load this information, rates, inventory, taxes, policies etc. accurately and in accordance with client’s policies.
• For every contract loaded a quality check must be performed using client’s quality checklist from time to time.
• Log and query additional information as requested by client.
• Handle and store related electronic documents.
• This position requires flexibility on working shifts (Night Shifts)

Education and Experience:
• Minimum High School graduate (10+2); Graduate preferred
• Basic English proficiency & comprehension (spoken and written)
• Ability to read handwritten English from various parts of the world.
• Basic Microsoft office applications skills including Outlook, Access and Excel.
• Basic Internet and web based application skills
• Good typing skills needed.
