Job Description  :

CSA(Customer Service Associate):
• Serve customers following all Service steps/ Moments of Truth
• Adhere to grooming standards
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor in a courteous, friendly manner
• Up selling and Suggestive at POS
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and equipment operation standards

Desired Profile  :

Customer Service Associates:-
a) Positive attitude and pleasant personality.18 years above and 12th pass.
b) Should be a good team-player and should be comfortable working in a team
c) Having a knack of giving great customer service
d) Pro-active approach
e) Boys & girls freshers, aviation, Hospitality backroung preffered
