Job Description :

Title :Software Engineer-Database Developer(Oracle/Sql Server).

Positions open: 5 to 7

Technical Skills : SQL/PL SQL/Stored Procedures/Triggers

Project Introduction:
Customization & Maintenance of Insurance Administration Systems
Applications on Informix 4GL / Oracle database
Applications with complex business rules / transactions
Applications with complex Database structure / Stored procedures / Functions / Triggers
Data Migration across multiple systems

Responsibilities:
Analyze the requirements (Either by directly interacting with the applications users AND/OR based on Functional/Technical Specifications)
Responsible for handling Change requests/Bugs/Enhancements across multiple complex modules
Developing Optimized SQL Queries, Procedures, Functions, Triggers etc.
Involve in Data Migration process across multiple databases
Unit Testing and Deliveries
Independently handle change requests / bugs / enhancements

Pre-requisites:

Technical:
Atleast 0.6 to 2 years of work experience in SQL, PL/SQL programming
Must have done atleast 1 real-time project using either Oracle or SQL Server or MySQL or DB2
Must have done development / customization / maintenance of current applications
Must have strong expertise in SQL basics
Must have basic exposure to Coding standards and Best practices

General:
Must have acceptable communication
Must have good aptitude / logical & analytical skills
Must have good attitude
Must be willing to adapt to new environments
Must be Willing to travel abroad for Development & Implementation
Must possess valid passport
