2. Learn Optimization of websites with new technologies
3. Use technical abilities to develop/maintain websites
4. Separate time for Research Work and learning upcoming techniques.
5. Learn to develop strategies for increasing in-bound traffic

Candidate Should Possess below listed Qualities :

1. Excellent Spoken and Written English
2. Well versed with Computers( Basic Web and Internet knowledge)
3. Knowledge of Computer Language(HTML etc)
4.Discipline and sincere towards his work.
