Job Title: Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Salary: 15K/month + Incentives

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Mon to Fri)

Free PICK & DROP (CAB)

Job Description:

Search resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, etc)

Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.

Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.

Negotiate on Salary aspects.

Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.

Required Skills:
Excellent Communication
Knowledge of US tax terms C2C, W2, 1099

Education Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E/BCA/ MCA/ MBA-IT
