Walk in drive for TCS KPO in Bangalore for Baroda

ROLE – TEAM MEMBER (Business Analyst)

•Basic understanding of Market Research and business sense to understand context of results

•Experience / Knowledge of Statistical modeling/analysis. Probability, Correlation, Regression

•Curiosity to interrogate results and find answers to business questions

•Basic proficiency in results interpretation

•Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST

•Should be good with use of Excel

•Should be flexible working in shifts

Very Important: Candidates will be assessed with a written test based on the job description given above.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

•BE/B Tech Freshers.

Post Grads – MBA/ MMS/ MA/ M.Sc (Stats / Maths), BSc IT/ BSc Computers/ MCA/ ME/ MTech/ MSc IT/ MSc Computers/ BPharm/ MPharm are not eligible.

•0 to 3 Months experience in Statistical/ Market Research

•Minimum 15yrs of regular education.

•Should not have more than 2 years of gap in education or employment.

•Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory.

•Willingness to work in night shifts.

•Candidate would need to carry a copy of the resume & 2 passport size Photograph.

•Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS BPO in the last 6 months will not be eligible.

It is mandatory to mention the name (Kalpana HR TCS) on top of the resume as well as in the referral form while coming for the interview.
