• Audit of Logs as per defined frequency

• Audit of Escalations (email and SMS) as per defined frequency

• Audit screenshots as per the errors raised to the client

• Ensure client SLA is not being violated

• Internal escalation to QA Leader in case of violations or if unable to audit for any reason

• Password change audits

• Report maling list audit

• Qreminder audit

• Escalation matrix change audit

• BAC audit

• Mobile Monitoring audit

• Portal audit

• Database changes

• Mentoring and coaching Trainee Engineers
