Required Skill Sets:
Successful Developer candidates will possess:
• BE/MCA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 2 to 3 year’s programming experience in following skill set Languages/protocols/frameworks:
o Hands on experience on Perl and Core Java.
o Good knowledge of VB Script and Java Script is must.
o Hands on experience on Perl and Scripting language along with CORE JAVA for WIN and WEB based application.
• OS experience in MS Windows;
• The candidate must have experience working through complex software projects in a team environment and individually;

Excellent written and oral communication skills, good judgment, initiative, problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Desired experience and skills: Hands on experience on Perl and Core Java. Good knowledge of VB Script and Java Script. Ready to work on WIN and WEB based applications. Having good knowledge of e-Publishing/e-learning/KPO/BPO will added advantage along with good academic record.

Developer Responsibilities:
• Work with a team to implement and support web and windows-based workflow driven applications.
• Ensure successful deployment of applications.
• Contribute to the quality of delivery including the development, integration, and testing release infrastructure.
• React swiftly to problems that arise within production and other environments.
• Solve problems and devise solutions for complex business processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation on assigned components, bug fixes and change requests.
• Participate in debugging, testing, gathering requirements, designing new and fixing and re-factoring existing code.
• Ready to work in shifts
