JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Business Development Associate(Sales):
- Collect, integrate and synthesize information from various data sources.
- Business Development.
- Client Visiting & Tie up and maintaining good relationship.
- Business Presentations to prospect clients.
- Liaison tie ups with brands for Snapdeal.
- Co-ordination with various internal teams, like Product management, Business Development, and act as a single point of contact for clients.
- Taking care of the alliances with the clients presentjobs.com
- Concept Selling.
- Ideating new innovative business development concepts and ensuring strategic pitching and smooth program – execution for the same.
2. Customer Experience Executive (Operations):
- Visiting the merchant outlets for deal training (pre-audit, post training revisits) to merchant (owner, director, – managers & staff) on a daily basis.
- Ensure quality checks of the merchant’s services, outlet interiors, products , ambience & behavior with the customers.
- Training merchants with regard to deal details & redemption of snapdeal vouchers
- Maintain good relationship with merchant for smooth flow of services offered to the customers & helping merchant in resolving any issue related to promotion
- Coordinating with customer care team to solve customer issues & addressing to it immediately
- Responsible for promotional work such as keeping POS (point of sales) material at all merchant outlets to create brand awareness among customers & the merchant
