Position: IT-Sales Tele Caller Executive

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai.

Job Description:

We are software professionals focused on providing world class IT solutions. We offer a variety of services in the area of Software and Web development. Currently we have an urgent opening for IT Telesales Professionals (Female Candidates only).

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in IT/Software/Telemarketing Industry.

Job Responsibilities:
To speak positively and enthusiastically about our company and our products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers.

Record contact details and queries and reactions of potential customers contacted in order to follow up appropriately.

Ability to schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

Ability to nurture loyalty and commitment leading to longer-term relationships with customers.

Desired Profile:
-  Minimum 1 year experience in IT/Software/Telemarketing Industry.
-  Good communication and convincing skills in both English and Tamil languages.
-  Good knowledge of Lead Generation & Cold Calling
-  Able to fix appointments

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary: 10 to 15k PM
