SUZLON : OMS Walk-in Interviews @ Tamil Nadu Position : Diploma Trainee Engineer ( Electrical only )/ Graduate Trainee Engineer (Electrical Only)On 27th & 28th July 2017


This walk-in is only for Diploma (Electrical) & Graduate (Electrical) candidates from Tamil Nadu and surrounding regions with regional language know how and willing to work in any part of India.


Candidates are invited for appearing in Walk-in-interview for the post of DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level) / Graduate Engineer (M3 Level) - Electrical Diploma.
Position Based: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the 8 states where Suzlon operates in India (Tamil Nadu, Gujarat,
Rajasthan, Karnataka, Kerala, A.P, M.P, Maharashtra,)

Registration Time: 008.30 to 11.30hrs (post 11.30hrs no candidate will be entertained for the interview process)


Selection Process:
1. Technical test paper pencil test Mechanical & Electrical Diploma objective questions.
2. Results for Technical test and announcement of shortlisted candidates for the next interview round
3. Personal Interview round Technical HR Behavioral.


Post walk in drive shortlisted candidates would undergo further tests as under:
After clearing Technical test and Interview rounds the selected candidates would be communicated to undergo pre-employment Medical test. After successfully completing the Medical test the selected candidates would be communicated to undergo tower climbing test (TCT) at Suzlon site location. Candidate should have physical strength attributes to climb 90-100 meter tall - Wind turbine towers and sustainability to be deputed on remote site locations. Only after this the candidate would be considered for offer as per the business requirements.

Academic criteria screening 60% throughout (10th, 12th, Diploma %, Graduation)

Hiring eligibility criteria :


Engineering Domain: Diploma pass out - Electrical backgrounds only / Graduate Electrical background only.
Age and Gender: Male candidates preferred. Completed min. 18 years of age on the day of selection.
Experience: Fresher / maximum 6 months to 1 year experience
Academic Grades: First class in 10th,12th, Diploma & Graduation with no pending backlog
Job Location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the 8 states where Suzlon operates in India ( Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Kerala, A.P, M.P, Maharashtra,)
Physical Fitness: Physically fit with no medical history and having physical endurance to climb 90-100 meter tall -Wind turbine towers


Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:


DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
1.44 Lakh pa (accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy) training program (classroom + OJT)


GTE Graduate Trainee Engineer (M3 level)


1.8 Lakh pa (accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy) training program (classroom + OJT)
