Paytm is conducting a walk-in for Customer Support profile.

Job Description For Customer Service Executive Role:

*  Assist merchant over the call to understand the exact concern and providing the best possible solution.

*  Excellent communication skills - English (verbal/written).

*  Internal team coordination over email/call.

*  Basic knowledge of Excel.

*  Handle the merchant escalations interactively

*  Personal Characteristics & Behavior:

*  Flexible to work in challenging work environment. 

*  Analytical bent of mind/ Eye for Detail.

*  Organized and Methodical to proactively follow up with merchants as committed.

*  Result Oriented as attainment of KPI has to be 100%.

*  Target and deadline driven.

*  Self-Motivated.

*  Open to learning.

*  MS Excel knowledge is a must
