Job Description For Semi- Technical Voice Process: 
1.  Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same.
2.  Provide Support in inbound call center.
3.  Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
4.  Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
5.  Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
6.  Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
7.  Shift window: Day window (6 am-12 pm), Night window (8pm 6am)
