Job Description :
Hi,
We are looking for Customer Services Executives for our call center for
Kingfisher Airline process.
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
Job Description:
1. Answering inbound calls.
2. Booking tickets/reservations, answering customer queries, proper
resolution for customer complaints, reissuing tickets etc.
3. Documentation of calls.
4. Attend Briefing /Debriefing /Team Meetings.
Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. Willingness to work in 24*7 environment with rotational shifts.
4. Airline experience is an additional advantage but not mandatory.
5. IATA/UTFAA certification will be an additional advantage.
