> To extend technical support to our global customers for Synaptris
Software Products.
> Should be willing to work in shifts.
> Should ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction with customers.
> Should work to achieve prescribed SLA's
> Experience - 0 - 1 yrs.
> Male candidates preferred.
Desired Profile :
> Excellent Communication skills
> Should have excellent analytical skills with positive attitude to learn.
> Preferably a engineering candidate.
> Should be flexible and should be able to work under pressure.
> Any certifications Lotus Notes or relevant experience is strongly
desired.
> Non-engineering candidate can be considered with Lotus Notes
certifications.
