F2F interview on 15th March 2010 between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
1) Individual should have excellent verbal & written English, and
interpersonal communication skills.
2) Individual should be comfortable working on direct client and Tier-1
Vendor requirements.
3) Ability to grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C,
1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc.
4) Ability to understand of common foreign national work authorizations
for United States- H1B, L1, OPT/EAD, TN, GC, and US Citizens etc.
5) Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Placement
Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate
submission & follow-up, negotiation etc).
6) Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly
used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
7) Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill
sets.
8) High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a
high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
9) Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking,
Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc...
