THERE WILL BE 4 ROUNDS
1)Communications Skill: Your ability to speak English will be
tested (ex: tell about Hyderabad)
2)Online Assessment: This round is divided into two sections.( 40
questions 40 mints)
Listening Skill ( choose the best option based on the conversation
between the 2 persons.(20 Q's)
Technical Skill( Basic question will be asked such as what is the
extension of bitmap file)
(20 Q's and 20 mints)
3)HR Technical: Around 10 simple question will be thrown at
you....such as "what is BIOS". "what's the
differ between win98 and winXP.....how to make partitions ...etc etc
4)HR general: 3 to 5 question based on candidate. Basic interview
questions.....such as tell me bout your
self .......speak for a min on some topic........why sutherland....?
To total interview process is very simple and cool. Any person who has
good communications skills with little computer knowledge can get through.
